When you order signsLast changed 16 September 2026
Purchase terms
These apply when you order signs, cards, tags, stands or stickers. Price, VAT, delivery, the fourteen-day right to withdraw, and what happens if something is faulty.
DraftThis text will be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.
We wrote it ourselves, as plainly as we could, and it describes how Plauso actually works today. But it has not been read by a lawyer, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. The review happens before the service launches for real.

What you are buying
Signs, cards, tags, stands and stickers carrying your own QR code, printed for you. Every item carries your code, so every order is unique.
The A4 and A5 posters are PDF files you download in your account and print yourself. They are free and are not shipped, so the rest of this page — delivery, withdrawal and returns — is not about them.
Price, VAT and currency
- Prices in the catalogue are shown without VAT. At checkout you see VAT and shipping calculated before you order, and that total is what you pay.
- Buying in Sweden, we add Swedish VAT at 25 %.
- Buying in another EU country without a valid VAT number, we also add Swedish VAT. With a valid VAT number in another EU country you account for the VAT yourself — the reverse charge — and we add none.
- Buying outside the EU, we sell without Swedish VAT. Customs duty and import VAT in your own country are yours to pay and are not included in the price.
- The currency follows your account: kronor, euro or dollars.
Payment
You pay against an invoice with 20 days to pay. The invoice carries the order number as its reference, so you and we can talk about the same order without digging.

Delivery
- We print the signs after you order, because the code is yours. Then they are packed and shipped.
- Shipping is calculated at checkout from the parcel's weight and size and the destination country. You do not pick a carrier — we pick the service that fits the parcel.
- Small, letterbox-friendly formats go as letters and are not tracked. Parcels are tracked, and you get the tracking number when the parcel leaves us.
- Unless we have agreed otherwise, we deliver within 30 days of the order. If it takes longer, you may cancel the purchase and get your money back.
- If a parcel is not collected it comes back to us. Get in touch and we will send it again against the actual shipping cost.
Right to withdraw: 14 days
As a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase. The period starts the day you — or someone you appointed — receive the goods.
The signs are printed with your particular QR code. Distance selling law would let us exclude them as custom-made goods. We do not: the right to withdraw covers the signs too.
How it works:
- Tell us before the 14 days are up, clearly stating that you withdraw. An email is enough. You may also use the standard withdrawal form.
- Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. Return shipping is yours to pay.
- We refund what you paid, including the delivery cost you paid when we shipped, no later than 14 days after we have the goods back or you show they were sent. The money goes back the same way it came.
- You may examine the goods as you would in a shop. If they have been used beyond that, we may deduct for the reduced value.
Buying as a business
The statutory right to withdraw protects consumers, not purchases made in the course of a business. If you still want to return a business order, contact us before sending anything back and we will work out what is possible.
If the goods are faulty
A damaged sign, a misprint, or a code that cannot be read is a fault. Then we put it right: we remake the sign or refund you.
As a consumer in Sweden you have three years to complain, and complaining within two months of noticing the fault is always in time. A fault that shows within two years counts as having been there at delivery unless we can show otherwise. Shipping for an accepted complaint is on us.
Buying as a business, complain within a reasonable time of noticing the fault, and within two years at the latest.
Return address
Tell us before sending anything back, so we can confirm the address and connect the parcel to your order. Mark the parcel with your order number. We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels.

If we cannot agree
Come to us first — most things are sorted out straight away. If you want to take it further, a consumer can bring the case to the consumer dispute body in their own country; in Sweden that is arn.se, whose recommendations we follow. Swedish law applies to the purchase.
