Plauso prints and sends them. The code goes straight to your review page.

Email and QR codes work everywhere. Texting works in the UK and Sweden, and Germany needs explicit consent from each customer.

The US and Australia require the sender to be registered with the carriers first. Plauso has no route for that today, so there it's email and QR codes.

Text requests wait in the queue, and email goes out as usual. You get an email, and a notification if you have the app.

From Start you can top up under Plan: 100 texts for €12 excl. VAT, up to 10 packs at a time. Top-⁠up texts stay until you use them.

A review request most likely counts as marketing. Under PECR in the UK and the TCPA in the US, the customer has to have agreed.

Plauso puts an opt-⁠out in every message and gives you a ready-⁠made line for your booking or quote form. Rules differ by country, so check with your adviser.

US carriers require the sender to be registered (A2P 10DLC) and the customer to have agreed in writing.

Plauso has no route for that registration today. Email and QR codes work from day one.

Free costs nothing and needs no card. 50 requests by email are included, with autopilot, and a QR code and posters are included.

Start is €39, Grow €79 and Pro €149 a month, excl. VAT. Requests are unlimited there, and 200, 500 or 1,000 texts are included each month.

Plauso charges nothing extra for the integration.

Some tools charge for their own API access. You pay that to them, and the amount is shown next to the integration before you connect.

By card, right in your account under Plan. The plan runs one month at a time and renews until you cancel it.

If you cancel, you keep the plan until the end of the period. On Free your QR code still points to your profile, so the posters can stay up.

New customers wait in the queue. Nothing is lost. Try everything for 14 days or choose Start, and the requests go out right away.

Everything in Pro for 14 days, no card. So that no trial sends hundreds of requests at once, it has limits: 20 texts, 200 first-⁠time requests in total, at most 50 a day, 15 AI replies and 3 users.

If you don't choose a plan, the account moves to Free by itself. Nothing is charged and nothing is deleted.

A credit is one text to a customer. You earn credits as you get started and use Plauso, at most 300 in total and 100 a month. They're used on a plan with texts and last 12 months. Credits are never given for ratings or reviews.

From Start you can have several profiles and share requests between Google, Facebook and G2. Trustpilot, Tripadvisor and Capterra aren't part of the split.

Everyone gets the same request. The routing only picks the site and never knows what the customer thinks.

Every profile in the split gets at least 10% of the requests. On Grow and Pro the shares update every morning at 7 am Swedish time, and for Facebook and G2 you type in where you stand yourself.

The reply assistant writes three drafts in the tone you pick, and you publish them yourself. For a critical review you also get a short guide.

We never need a password for your Google profile, and we store neither the review you paste in nor the replies. Free covers 5 reviews a month, Start 30, Grow 300 and Pro 1,000.

No, and nobody else can either. Google only removes reviews that break its rules, such as spam.

Then you report the review to Google yourself, and Google decides. A calm, factual reply usually does more good.

Sending only happy customers to Google breaks Google's rules and can get reviews removed. In the US, the FTC also treats review suppression as unlawful.

Sharing requests between several profiles changes none of this. Routing only decides which site the link leads to, never who gets asked.

Yes, from Grow. You create it with AI, choose a style and take bookings right on the page.

When you mark a booking as done, the customer joins the queue and gets the review request, like everyone else.

Yes, on Grow. A guide in your account shows exactly what to enter at your domain provider, and Plauso checks that it's right.

Without your own domain, the site has its own address at Plauso.

Yes. Plauso works with the website you have: add the review button and let the Website check review the page.

If you want to switch later, you move it into Plauso from Grow.

No. You paste the link from your profile, and we never need your password or any role on the profile.

The rating and number of reviews are fetched from Google when you look and kept only briefly.

They're used only to send the request and the reminder. We never sell them and never use them for advertising.

You can download everything as CSV or JSON and request that the account is deleted under Settings. A data processing agreement is included.

With a code we email you. There's no password to remember.
