Customer list From Excel, your till or your booking system
- Save the customer list as CSVTake your customers out of your tool as CSV. If the list is in Excel: File → Save As → CSV.
- Drag the file onto CustomersOr select the columns in Excel and paste them. Plauso finds the columns on its own.
- Check and addYou see what Plauso read before anything is saved, and rows that couldn't be read are listed. Up to 10,000 rows per file.

All questions and answersWhat does connecting my tool cost?
Plauso charges nothing extra for the integration.
Some tools charge for their own API access. You pay that to them, and the amount is shown next to the integration before you connect.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. You type your business name and email, paste the link to your Google profile and print the QR poster. We show you where everything is.
It works just as well on your phone as on a computer.
What happens to my customers' details?
They're used only to send the request and the reminder. We never sell them and never use them for advertising.
You can download everything as CSV or JSON and request that the account is deleted under Settings. A data processing agreement is included.
How does autopilot work, and can I stop it?
Autopilot is off until you switch it on under Customers. From then on every new customer is asked automatically, after the delay you choose.
It never sends between 9 pm and 9 am in the customer's time. The same customer gets the request at most once every 90 days.
You can set a daily cap, pause it for seven days or switch it off with one tap.
