Yes. Plauso works with the website you have: add the review button and let the Website check review the page.
If you want to switch later, you move it into Plauso from Grow.
Do you need access to my Google profile?
No. You paste the link from your profile, and we never need your password or any role on the profile.
The rating and number of reviews are fetched from Google when you look and kept only briefly.
What is the monthly report?
An email on the 1st of every month: how many were asked and opened the link, by channel and source, plus one tip on what to do next.
The report is on every plan and can be switched off under Settings. On Pro it can carry your logo and go to three more people.
Why ask every customer and not just the happy ones?
Sending only happy customers to Google breaks Google's rules and can get reviews removed. In the US, the FTC also treats review suppression as unlawful.
Sharing requests between several profiles changes none of this. Routing only decides which site the link leads to, never who gets asked.
