Autopilot

Connect once. Then it runs itself.

Autopilot asks every new customer for a review once the job is done. In your business's name, after the delay you choose and never in the middle of the night.

How does autopilot work, and can I stop it?

Autopilot is off until you switch it on under Customers. From then on every new customer is asked automatically, after the delay you choose.

It never sends between 9 pm and 9 am in the customer's time. The same customer gets the request at most once every 90 days.

You can set a daily cap, pause it for seven days or switch it off with one tap.

What do my customers see?

A short text or email from your business name: a thank-you, a link to the review box and a link to opt out.

You can see the full wording further up the page.

Why ask every customer and not just the happy ones?

Sending only happy customers to Google breaks Google's rules and can get reviews removed. In the US, the FTC also treats review suppression as unlawful.

Sharing requests between several profiles changes none of this. Routing only decides which site the link leads to, never who gets asked.

Am I allowed to text my customers?

A review request most likely counts as marketing. Under PECR in the UK and the TCPA in the US, the customer has to have agreed.

Plauso puts an opt-out in every message and gives you a ready-made line for your booking or quote form. Rules differ by country, so check with your adviser.

What happens when I create an account?

You get your own link and QR code straight away, and can print the poster the same minute.

Customers you add go into a queue. Nothing goes out until you press Send or switch on autopilot, and only between 9 am and 9 pm.

Try it with your next customer.

Free to start, no card and no contract. Your account is ready in a few minutes.
