Sub-processors
We run nothing in a server room of our own. Here is every supplier that can see data in Plauso, what they do for us and what they can see. The list is the whole list.

We wrote it ourselves, as plainly as we could, and it describes how Plauso actually works today. But it has not been read by a lawyer, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. The review happens before the service launches for real.
Why the list exists
For your own customers' details you are the controller and we are your processor. If we in turn engage someone who processes that data, they are called a sub-processor, and you have the right to know who they are before you hand anything over.
The list is also our own brake. A supplier not on it is not switched on, and one that is to be switched on lands here first.

What each of them sees
No supplier gets the whole picture. The one sending text messages sees a mobile number and a text, not your account. The one carrying the parcel sees an address, not your customers. The language model sees only what you typed into the form yourself.
The terms for each supplier — what they may do, how long they may keep anything, and what happens when the agreement ends — belong in the data processing agreement. That agreement is one of the points the legal review will settle before launch, and we would rather write that plainly than claim a term we have not checked.
Where they sit
46elks is a Swedish company and PostNord a Swedish-Danish one. Vercel, Resend, Twilio, Stripe, Anthropic and Google are American companies, and DHL is German.
Exactly which region each service runs in, and what safeguard covers transfers outside the EU and EEA, is the same open point the privacy policy states. The legal review settles it before the service launches for real.
If the list changes
If we change supplier or add a new one, the list here changes before it is put to use. How advance notice and objections are to work in detail is written into the data processing agreement.
